What is Face Yoga Method?

Face yoga method is exactly what it sounds like: Sets of exercises designed to work the facial muscles to maintain suppleness and youthfulness. Combined with breath control and simple meditation for health and relaxation. By practising a series of facial exercises you can learn to tone the muscles beneath the facial skin and increase facial circulation and blood flow which results in a more youthful and radiant complexion.

Face Yoga Method uses several approaches – muscle exercises, stretching and visualization – to naturally tighten, tone and brighten your face.  Founder Fumiko Takatsu, after surviving a serious auto accident, saw signs of asymmetry on her face. Reasoning that the muscles in her face could be rehabilitated through exercise, she began her journey toward what we now know as Face Yoga Method.
